Frequently Asked Questions

Real questions we get from buyers — answered honestly. Can't find what you're looking for? Ask us directly.

How do you charge? Do you take a commission, a service fee, or both?

Initial sourcing is free. No upfront fees, no retainer. You only pay when you confirm an order.

Our service fee is 3–8% built into the final per-unit price, depending on order complexity, SKU count, and customization. You see one final number — no hidden line items.

For complex multi-category projects or OEM/private label work, the fee may be slightly higher to cover the additional coordination and inspection work. We'll always tell you upfront if a project falls in that range.

What's your minimum order? Do you accept small trial orders?

Unlike factories that demand 5,000–10,000 pieces per SKU, we work with flexible MOQ — from a single carton to a full container.

For trial orders or first-time buyers, we typically recommend a small mixed-SKU shipment to test product, quality, and process. Once trust is established, you can scale up to full containers.

Our flexibility comes from consolidating across multiple factories and multiple SKUs — so you get variety without the unit count any single factory would require.

What are your payment terms?

Standard: 30% deposit before production, 70% balance against pre-shipment inspection (after you approve QC report, before container loads).

Accepted: T/T (bank wire), Western Union for small samples. For repeat clients with established trust, we can discuss flexible terms (e.g., 20/80, L/C).

We do not accept payment platforms with high seller-side risk (PayPal, Alipay for international) for full orders.

What if quality fails inspection? Who bears the loss?

Our pre-shipment QC catches most issues before the goods leave the factory — you approve the QC report (photos + videos + sample inspection) before final payment.

If defects are found at QC stage, we negotiate with the factory: rework, replacement, or partial refund — at factory's expense, not yours.

For third-party inspection (SGS / BV / Intertek / AsiaInspection), we cooperate fully and provide all factory access. Buyer typically covers third-party inspection fees.

How long is a typical lead time from inquiry to delivery?

Typical breakdown:

  • Quotation: 24–72 hours after receiving your list (depending on complexity)
  • Sample: 3–7 days for stock items, 10–15 days for custom
  • Production: 15–25 days for most PPE (varies by category and quantity)
  • Pre-shipment QC + consolidation: 3–5 days
  • Sea freight: 18–35 days depending on destination port

Total from order confirmation to your warehouse: typically 6–10 weeks. We always send you a realistic timeline before order confirmation — no surprises.

Can you handle private labeling / OEM / custom packaging?

Yes — and it's one of our most common services. We coordinate:

  • Logo printing on products (silk screen, embroidery, heat transfer)
  • Custom packaging (your design, your box, your tags)
  • Private label products with your brand name only — factory invisible
  • Custom specs — material, color, size, fit, certification

MOQ for private label is higher than for stock products (typically 1,000–3,000 per SKU depending on item), but we can often consolidate across products to make it work for smaller orders.

Do you handle export documents and shipping to my country?

Yes. We handle all China-side export paperwork:

  • Commercial Invoice (CI)
  • Packing List (PL)
  • Certificate of Origin (CO / FORM E for FTA countries)
  • Bill of Lading (BL)
  • Fumigation Certificate (for wooden packaging)
  • Customs declaration in China

For shipping, we work with established freight forwarders and offer FOB, CIF, or DDP terms (DDP available for select destinations — please ask).

Destination-side customs clearance in your country is typically the buyer's responsibility, but we can introduce trusted local clearing agents in major markets (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Egypt, Philippines, Nigeria, etc.).

What's your sample policy?

Samples are available for serious buyers and ongoing inquiries.

  • Sample cost is typically refundable on confirmed bulk order
  • Express delivery via DHL / FedEx / UPS is buyer-paid
  • Lead time: 2–7 business days depending on stock availability
  • For OEM/custom samples, lead time is 10–15 days and sample cost may be higher

If you're testing multiple SKUs, we can usually consolidate them in one shipment to save you freight cost.
